Making a positive difference

Our mission at WardWilliams Creative is to make a positive difference to our clients and help them to achieve their goals. The issue with that is that many businesses don’t know what their goals are or they’ve become unclear. “To make money” is a common answer to this question, but why? What for specifically? Why are you doing this? What do you want your life to look like? Is what you are doing day in and day out getting you closer to that specific thing you want?

In our workshops, we help you get to very specific aims and deliverables, then work that back to see whether what you are doing each day is actually moving you towards those goals. If you are working hard, make sure it’s to make your dreams come true.

Stuck in a rut or not sure where things go next?

If you’ve managed to set up a creative business and keep it going to the point that it can be called established, then hats off to you! The creative industries are so full of fun, passion, and innovation but they are also seriously competitive. Unfortunately, a lot of the time they are undervalued by their customers. Surviving the mid to long term is a big achievement.

However, surviving is not the same as thriving. Many businesses will get stuck in a rut or lose their direction along the way. It could be due to lack of funds, personal circumstances, a big disappointment, lost job, or any number of reasons. The thing to focus on is that what has gone before does not have to dictate what comes next.

We can help unpick what is or isn’t working and set you on a fresh path with renewed energy and clear goals.

Related services

As an established business, you are likely to already have internal reporting and a strategy, but it’s always really helpful to revisit these. Business is always changing, so a strategy workshop or a review of what information you look at and why, can often result in interesting insights and improvements.
